When you submit the intake form, we share your personal information, including your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and tax situation details, with one (1) matched tax relief professional. This professional is a licensed tax attorney, CPA, or Enrolled Agent who has been vetted by our team and is part of our professional network.
We do not sell your information to multiple parties. Each submission is matched exclusively with one professional. Your matched professional is identified in the confirmation email sent to you after matching.
3.2 Service Providers
We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Website, including:

5.3 Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing support@findmytaxattorney.com. We will delete your information within thirty (30) days, except for consent and verification records which are retained for legal compliance purposes as described in Section 4.
5.4 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
