1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FindMyTaxAttorney ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

FindMyTaxAttorney is a free matching service that connects consumers facing tax-related issues with licensed tax attorneys, Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), and IRS Enrolled Agents (EAs). We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or tax resolution provider. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

Our role is limited to collecting your case information and routing it to qualified, vetted tax professionals in our network. Any services, fees, or agreements are strictly between you and the professional you are matched with.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use this Service. By submitting a form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.

4. User Consent to Contact

By submitting your information through our intake form, you expressly consent to be contacted by FindMyTaxAttorney and/or our network of tax relief professionals via phone call, text message (SMS/MMS), and email regarding tax relief services. This may include contact via automated dialing systems or pre-recorded messages at the phone number you provided, even if that number is on a Do-Not-Call list.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting us.

5. No Guarantee of Results

FindMyTaxAttorney does not guarantee any specific outcome, tax resolution, settlement amount, or result from using our Service or from working with any professional in our network. Individual results vary depending on your specific tax situation, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when using the Service. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you submit.

7. Third-Party Professionals

The tax professionals in our network are independent practitioners. FindMyTaxAttorney does not employ, supervise, or control these professionals. We verify credentials before accepting professionals into our network, but we are not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of their services. Any disputes regarding services rendered are between you and the professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindMyTaxAttorney and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, your interaction with any matched professional, or any decision made based on information obtained through the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on this website are the property of FindMyTaxAttorney or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindMyTaxAttorney, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your interaction with any third-party professional.

11. Governing Law
