1. Acceptance of Terms

FindMyTaxAttorney.com is a free consumer matching service that connects individuals with licensed tax relief professionals, including tax attorneys, CPAs, and IRS Enrolled Agents. How it works:

You submit an intake form with information about your tax situation.
We analyze your submission and match you with one (1) qualified tax professional from our network.
We share your contact information and case details with your matched professional.
Your matched professional contacts you directly to discuss your situation and options.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, settlement amount, or resolution of your tax matter. The professionals in our network are independent practitioners. We do not control, direct, or supervise their work. Any engagement you enter into with a matched professional is solely between you and that professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use this Website. By submitting the intake form, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is true and accurate, and that you are submitting the form on your own behalf or on behalf of someone who has authorized you to do so.

4. Consent to Be Contacted (TCPA Disclosure)

This section constitutes your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), 47 U.S.C. Section 227, and all applicable state telemarketing and communication laws.

By clicking "Get My Match" and submitting the intake form on this Website, you expressly consent to the following:

You consent to be contacted by FindMyTaxAttorney.com (operated by eStockFBA LLC d/b/a TaxFirmSystems) and by one matched tax relief professional by telephone call, text message (SMS/MMS), and email at the telephone number(s) and email address you provided in the intake form.
You consent to receive such communications regarding your tax situation, your match status, and related services.
You understand and agree that your consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from FindMyTaxAttorney.com or from any matched tax professional.
You understand that telephone calls and text messages may be made or sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded voice messages, or artificial voice technology.
You understand that standard message and data rates may apply to text messages.
You understand that you will be matched with no more than one (1) tax relief professional per submission, and that only the matched professional identified in your confirmation email is authorized to contact you based on this consent.

Right to Revoke Consent

You may revoke your consent to be contacted at any time by any reasonable means, including:

Replying STOP to any text message received from us or a matched professional.
Sending an email to support@findmytaxattorney.com with your name and phone number.
Replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any email received from us.

Upon receipt of your revocation, we will process your opt-out request within ten (10) business days. We will notify your matched tax professional to cease contact with you immediately. Revoking consent does not affect any services already provided to you or any agreements already entered into with a matched professional.

5. Information You Provide

When you submit the intake form, you provide us with personal information including but not limited to your full name, mobile phone number, email address, ZIP code, estimated tax debt amount, type of tax issue, urgency level, and other details about your tax situation.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. You understand that providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in an improper match and may negatively affect any tax resolution efforts.

You understand and agree that the phone number you provide is a number at which you can be reached and that you are the regular user and subscriber of that phone number.

6. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely for the following purposes:

To match you with a licensed tax relief professional appropriate for your situation.
To share your contact information and case details with your matched professional so they can contact you.
To send you a confirmation email identifying your matched professional.
To communicate with you about the status of your match, follow up on your experience, and provide support.
To improve our matching algorithms and service quality.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your information to multiple parties. Each submission is matched with one (1) tax professional. We do not share your information with any party other than your single matched professional and any service providers necessary to operate the Website.

7. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of this Website does not create an attorney-client relationship, accountant-client relationship, or any professional-client relationship between you and eStockFBA LLC d/b/a TaxFirmSystems or FindMyTaxAttorney.com. We are a matching service only. Any professional relationship is formed solely between you and the matched tax professional, subject to that professional's own terms and engagement agreements.

8. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a professional, that any matched professional will accept your case, or that any particular outcome will be achieved. Tax resolution outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to the specifics of your tax situation, the actions of the IRS, and the professional's strategy and execution.

9. Professional Network

We make reasonable efforts to verify that professionals in our network hold valid licenses and credentials, including state bar admission for tax attorneys, IRS Enrolled Agent status for EAs, and CPA certification for accountants. However, we do not guarantee the quality, competence, or performance of any professional in our network. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any professional.

10. Fees

There is no fee charged to consumers for using FindMyTaxAttorney.com. Our service is free for you. We generate revenue from partnerships with tax professionals who pay us a fee to receive matched leads. This fee structure does not affect the price you pay for any services provided by a matched professional.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eStockFBA LLC d/b/a TaxFirmSystems, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Website, your interaction with any matched professional, or any tax resolution outcome.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eStockFBA LLC d/b/a TaxFirmSystems, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third party's rights, or any information you provide through the Website.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
